The apartment
The apartment comprises an air-conditioned master-bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and large wardrobe. A 2-nd bedroom with airco, twin beds and large wardrobe. A 2-nd family sized bathroom with Jacuzzi. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/drier, microwave. A Livingroom with bar, cream leather sofas, satellite-TV DVD & stereo. Patio doors in all rooms that open to a large terrace with garden benches/sun-loungers. Linen & towels are provided but you have to bring your own beachtowels. Maid service is provided twice weekly.

Hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & drier, iron/ironing-board, satellite TV, stereo/DVD, air-conditioning heating in all rooms, vacuüm cleaner etc.
Safety
Safe/safety deposit box. The condominium is completely walled-in with a remote controlled gate. The apartment comprises an indoor parking lot, again with remote controlled garage-door. Doors are equipped with security locks.
Pool & Gardens
The panoramic elevator takes you up to two large roof terraces, one of which with large swimming-pool. Again with stunning views to the sea and the historic town of Lagos. Landscaped Gardens.
Coast/Beach
The Meia Praia Beach on your doorstep is considered one of the best in the Algarve. A very clean long sandy beach with 5 restaurant/cafes a windsurfing-school, sailing-school, tennis-courts and sunshades/ sunloungers for hire. But the best feature is that the beach is never crowded, not even in peak season!
Distances, Car hire and Airport transfers
Faro airport is an easy 45 minute drive. There is a supermarket just 5 mins. drive from the apartment towards Lagos. We employ the services of a reputable local company for both car hire and reliable airport transfers. Please email us with your requirements.
Golf, Tennis, Yachting & other Leisure
The Palmares Golf Course with its stunning sea views is just up the road. The world famous Penina Golf Course and the brand new Boa Vista Golf Course are within 10 minutes drive. The Tivoli Hotel Beach Club with it's tennis-courts, the 5-star Lagos Yacht Marina with a very attractive brand new health club in the Marina Clube Hotel are within 10 minutes walk.
